Hebrews

I've decided on Hebrews as the book of the Bible that I'll next teach and preach next. Yesterday, my Hebrews commentaries and books arrived. I've got a lot of reading and studying to do. I'll be jumping on this real soon in order to write a lengthy study guide on Hebrews that will go to print in the summer and be read to go by September.But, before I dive too deep into these books, I'm going to spend a good chunk of time seeking to understand the flow, argument, and gospel of Hebrews through reading, well, Hebrews.My former pastor used to instruct me to read straight through a book of the Bible about 30x before ever consulting a commentary on the book or beginning to teach the book. This will also include needing to spend time with this book.
